Cachoeira, Brazil

Sale price£10.50

Product Description:
Our natural Brazillian coffee is bursting with flavoursome notes of bold cocoa, stone fruit and lime. This specialty Colombian coffee is packed with flavour, so much so that we released it as an espresso and filter coffee.

The Story:
Our Brazilian coffee has been around for five generations, with all our family members committed throughout the years to the tradition of coffee production. Now the baton has been passed to Danilo Barbosa, and his sons, Vítor Marcelo and Sérgio Ricardo.

The story begins with our great-grandparent Elias Barbosa. Back then our specialty coffee was produced for our own family’s consumption, with everyone working in the fields, from the elders to the youngsters. The coffee production process is held dear to our family with everyone having direct contact with the farms.

These farms are located in Minas Gerais, just inside the Cerrado Region, which is Brazil's first coffee origin denomination, characterised by its altitude and climate. This region's soil, topography, and environment are excellent for coffee production.

All the coffee is produced responsibly, both socially and environmentally. We want our coffee production to align with our beliefs and concerns with always striving to improve our performance, that is why we are certified by Rain Forest Alliance.
