Intermediate Roasting, Intermediate Sensory Skills, Intermediate Green Coffee required.
Maximum Students per Roast:
2 for mandatory activities and 1 for test.
Julián Loayza, is our Head Roaster at 39 Steps Coffee, as well as an Authorised SCA Trainer (AST), Q Grader, 2016 UAE Cup Tasters champion, and 2017 WCT quarter finalist.
Food and refreshments provided:
For in-person training, food and refreshments will be provided on the day, if you have any dietary requirements or severe allergies just let us know once you have booked the course and received the confirmation email.
