The Mina Blend is our ever-evolving and seasonal house espresso blend. It is a firm favourite at our coffee shop and seeks the sweetest and most satisfying cup, either as a standalone espresso or paired with milk. Expect notes of dark chocolate, peach and marzipan.

All our coffee are roasted fresh by us at our London roastery. Additional origin information and the recommended brew recipe can be found below. For best brewing results, we recommend that espresso coffee is rested for 7 - 10 days after the roast date on the label.

Story

Our ever-evolving, seasonal, and experimental Mina Blend seeks the sweetest and most satisfying cup, whether it be in your flat white or as a stand-alone espresso.

The blend is comprised of 50% Colombian coffee from Elías Roa Parra, Finca Tamaná, in the Hulia region, while the remaining 50% hails from pioneering producer Mônica Borges de Souza in Sul de Minas, Brazil.
